    1.1 Designed Aadhaar based Ration Card forms as per the NFSA guidelines.
    1.2 Launched 360 degree Integrated MARKETING campaign for NFSA Ration Card forms through the medium of Radio, Print Media, Social Media Campaigns(Facebook), Out-Bound Dialer Service, SMS based campaigns and Tele-calling campaigns.
    1.3 Collected 15.4 lac Ration Card forms in a period of 2 months, which is 87% of the total Ration Cards in the State.
    1.4 Published RFP for selecting the Digitization vendor for Ration Cards
    1.5 Vendor has digitized 10 lac Ration Cards which is 68% of the total Ration Cards filled by the residents.

  • Supply-Chain Automation


    2.1 Completed As-IS Study of entire Supply chain for PDS COMMODITIES.Designed Process flows for different PDS Commodities.ePDS Team visited NIC Delhi HQ for handing over customization requirements to the NIC team for the Supply Chain Module on 31st January, 2014.
    2.2 Preliminary UAT Done for Allocation Module of NIC

  • Fair Price Shop Automation

    3.1 State has decided to use Aadhaar Based Biometric Authentication model at FPS shops to validate beneficiaries of ration card for FPS automation.
    3.2 The POS devices/ HHDs will be used when the beneficiaries will approach the FPS shop to procure ration.
    3.3 Benefit to Citizens: Ensuring right quantity is issued to right beneficiary, Automation of Commodity Issuance Transactions, Online Real Time Reporting of STOCK Position at FPS.
    3.4 Benefit to the State: Identification of ghost beneficiaries, Curtailing Pilferage, Providing additional benefits to intended beneficiaries, Increase the beneficiary database.

  • SMS alerts to Stakeholders / PDS Beneficiaries


    SMS will be sent to beneficiaries when their depot holder picks the ration from the godown .This will help in improving the transparency in the system.Around 30 Lakh SMS will be sent every Month

  • Grievance Redressal Mechanism!


    5.1 The Integrated Call Center has been operationalized bearing toll free no 1800-180-8026.
    5.2 Citizens having complaints / queries / demands pertaining to ePDS / Aadhaar / Departmental may contact the Call Centre on toll free helpline number.
    5.3 The Call Center will serve as one stop shop for handling all the grievances of the citizens and shall be deemed to provide a prompt resolution.
